Apartment Finder San Diego places advertisements in local papers as a listing service of available rentals, drawing prospective residents to our web site’s property information page, where prospective residents will have the opportunity to view property photos and specific details that will enhance your property’s rental appeal. Unlike many property management companies, we will absorb these costs instead of passing them on to our clients.

Move-in process

We can perform the move-in process on your behalf with the resident(s) and document the condition of your property’s pre move-in condition so that there is no misunderstanding at the time the resident vacates your property. (By providing this third-party image and written documentation process, clients are able to maximize their protection and mitigate any misunderstandings regarding the condition of the property upon move-out.)

Rent-Ready Advising

Additionally, we can also counsel you on how to bring your property to a marketable, rent-ready status. We have seen that a rental with good curb appeal and in a condition that highlights features and amenities brings top dollar. We also believe that following certain industry standards in conditioning a rental prior to marketing will ensure a reasonable market rent.
