- World Wide Web exposure of your property: Free.
- Lease and rental agreement preparation (including all relevant disclosures): $150.00.
- Digital photos: $50.00.
- Move-in process: $200.00 This includes drafting the lease and all relevant disclosures, digital documentation, and representing you at your lease signing.
- Rent-ready advising (includes visiting your property and making recommendations): $50.00
- Open House: $50.00 per showing.
- Complete leasing services that includes all the above services: $500.00
Most brokers charge a percentage of the rental lease term that equates to considerably more than our costs, yet you still get the same representation of a licensed real estate broker and an accredited residential manager with the benefit of our added` services.
All services will include our promise of referring pre-screened, pre-qualified applicants to you at no additional cost.
Renter Information:
Property Locator service based on your criteria:
- Providing rental information and area knowledge to assist you in your housing search.
- Full access to an open rental database.
- Locating vacant rentals based on your criteria.
- Contacting managers/landlords on your behalf to ensure availability.
- Culling through information about available rentals and providing you with all pertinent details.
- Setting up appointments with owners so that you can view the rentals of your choice.
- Performing a background check on your behalf so that you have maximum negotiating power.
- Viewing properties on your behalf (Up to three properties). Please factor in an additional $100 for this service.
